Heating Fluids in tubes with induction
Our precision induction technology is ideal for heating fluids - gasses or liquids - transported in tubes or pipes. Our system generates an electromagnetic field in a coil which surrounds the transporting pipe, heating it and the fluid moving within it.
Induction heating is a green technology. It does not consume fossil fuels, nor does it produce any hazardous emissions or carbon dioxide (CO2).

This non-contact method of heating offers benefits for heating fluids in environments such as:
- food processing
- sterile materials processing
- heating liquids for thermal processes
- evaporating moisture from industrial waste
Our induction process heats only the transporting pipe, allowing non-conductive insulation to be placed around it for heat containment.
Temperature is monitored and controlled over the length of the pipe.
With no transfer medium required, it’s a clean and safe option for these processes.
